DELIVERY TIMES

The delivery time for mainland destinations is 24 – 72 hours after the complete completion of your order. For Balearic Islands, the delivery time of the goods is 3 to 4 working days following the shipment of your order. Payment confirmation time may be delayed up to 48 hours for purchases made by bank transfer. The indicated delivery times may be delayed, although Ecosoluciones químicas makes every effort to respect them. The delivery is considered to be carried out as soon as the product is placed at the disposal of the Client by the carrier and the addressee signs the reception of the delivery. It is up to the addressee to verify the products upon receipt of the same and to expose all the caveats and claims that may be justified. RETURNS DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

These General Conditions are governed by Spanish law. The parties submit, at their option, for the resolution of conflicts and waiving any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of the user’s domicile.
