Shipping
The customer will be able to select from the available carriers at the time of purchase. The delivery time will be between 48-72 hours depending on product stock at the time of purchase. For shipments to the Balearic and Canary Islands, please consult shipping conditions.
Delivery times
The delivery time for peninsula destinations is 48-72 hours, following the complete completion of your order. For Balearic Islands, the delivery time of the goods is 5-6 working days following the shipment of your order. Please note that we do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays. For the Canary Islands it is necessary to consult conditions.
Payment confirmation time may take up to 48 hours for purchases made by bank transfer.
The delivery times indicated may be delayed, although ECOSOLUCIONES makes every effort to respect them.
Delivery is deemed to have taken place as soon as the product is placed at the disposal of the Customer by the carrier and the recipient signs for receipt of delivery.
It is the responsibility of the consignee to verify the products upon receipt and to state all reservations and claims that may be justified.
If the products delivered do not conform in nature or quantity to those specified on the delivery note, the Customer must make a claim within fourteen (14) days of delivery.
Deliveries will be made at the Customer’s expense, provided that there are no circumstances implying free deliveries.
If for any reason we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date, we will inform you of this circumstance and give you the option to go ahead with the purchase, setting a new delivery date or cancel the order, with a full refund of the price paid.
Returns
If the customer receives a defective product, you can proceed to its return, communicating to ECOSOLUCIONES this incident by email to info@ecosolucionesquimicas.es, within FOURTEEN (14) calendar days from receipt of your order. We will then tell you how to send the product back to us. Once ECOSOLUCIONES receives the defective product and examines it, the product will be replaced.
In case of defective product, the seller will proceed, as appropriate, to repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract, steps that will be free of charge for the consumer and user.
In the event that it is not possible to replace the product(s), the amounts paid for those products that are returned, because of a defect or defect, where it actually exists, will be refunded in full, including delivery charges incurred to deliver the item to you and the costs you would have incurred to return it to us.
Returns and partial cancellations will give rise to partial refunds of the total amount paid for the entire order.
The refund will be made through the same payment channel that was used to make the purchase, or by bank transfer to an account owned by the same person who placed the order (Customer), or through a discount voucher for a future purchase.
Product Warranty
In case of defective product, the seller must proceed, as appropriate, to the repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract, steps that will be free for the consumer and user. ECOSOLUCIONES will be liable for any lack of conformity within 3 years of delivery. The consumer and user must inform of the lack of conformity within two months since he/she had knowledge of it in writing to info@ecosolucionesquimicas.es.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract, without just cause, within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery of the Products.

In addition, you must send the Products duly packaged, packed and in the same conditions in which they were delivered to you, immediately after having exercised such right.
If you withdraw from a sales contract – in accordance with these Terms and Conditions – in order to proceed with the refund, we will use the same form of payment used to carry out the original transaction, unless we agree on a different form.
We may withhold reimbursement until receipt of the returned Products, or, if earlier, until you send us proof of having returned the Products.
You shall only be obliged to pay an amount for the loss of value of the Products when such loss of value is due to improper handling by you, despite your knowledge of the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Products.

Applicable law and jurisdiction
These General Conditions of access, navigation and use of the Web page, as well as any relationship between the User and ECOSOLUCIONES will be governed by the Spanish legislation.
